Energetic alkaline degreaser with high power to remove grease embedded in hot surfaces (150-200°C). Specially designed for the effective cleaning of kitchen griddles, it quickly dissolves encrusted and/or charred greases without the need to wait for the griddle to cool down, as the product is formulated to act at high temperatures.
